Yes. LIVE FOLKS maintains two separate liability insurance policies. The first is mandatory under Panamanian law and required by the Panama Tourism Authority (ATP) for licensed tour operators. In addition, LIVE FOLKS has voluntarily acquired an additional General Liability Insurance, which is not legally required, as part of best business practices to further protect travelers and business partners, including travel agents, wholesalers, and outbound tour operators.
Please note that LIVE FOLKS’ liability insurance does not replace personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain their own comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen events.

No, we do not directly store payment information or process payments, instead, we use 2 different Payment gateways to process all of our online transactions. We work with Authorize.net a subsidiary of VISA to process Visa and Mastercard payments and we work with Paypal to accept payments through Paypal using an email or a preferred credit or debit card. Customers choose their preferred method of payment on the checkout page.

Yes, we take last minute booking, however, a last minute booking must be made at least 17 hours before the booked date.
