As an UPBEAT JOURNEYS provider LIVE FOLKS main goal is to provide the highest customer satisfaction and deliver the most memorable experiences through its greatly designed and well-paced excursions. However, we recognized that we are far from being perfect though we may have flaws and mistakes can be made at some point, therefore, we take it upon ourselves to improve our services, minimize the mistakes and be responsible at all times to achieve our customers satisfaction standards and unmatched experiences.

We invite you to take immediate action, open a ticket by visiting our customer support page and fill out the form. All claims should be submitted 1 or 5 days maximum after the travel services were provided for the claim to be Accepted.

What should you expect to happen?

LIVE FOLKS acknowledges claims once it is received and take 7 days to a maximum of 14 days depending on the scenario to conduct the proper investigation to determine if the Claim withstand as Valid or should be rejected as Invalid, during that period of time, we may contact you to request additional information or proof. 

Immediate Claims Compensations

We provide immediate compensation for the following claims:

  • If the transportation breaks down during the experience.
  • The tour itinerary was not completed due to our own negligence.
  • 1 or more sites or attractions included in the experience were closed.
  • The tour did not run after it was previously rescheduled.
  • Late pick-up of over 15-20 minutes when there was no force majeure.

Compensation types.

  • The minimum compensation that we offer per booking is $50.00 USD,
  • Partial refund up to 15% off of the booking value depending on the situation
  • Maximum compensation is up to 40% off of the booking value.
  • Credit applicable for future bookings that can be used for up to a year.
