No, we do not directly store payment information or process payments, instead, we use 2 different Payment gateways to process all of our online transactions. We work with Authorize.net a subsidiary of VISA to process Visa and Mastercard payments and we work with Paypal to accept payments through Paypal using an email or a preferred credit or debit card. Customers choose their preferred method of payment on the checkout page.

Yes, we take last minute booking, however, a last minute booking must be made at least 17 hours before the booked date. Because our operation group must coordinate pick-up effeciently to  always be on time at each pick-up point and assign the right transportation depending of the group size to make better use of our resources.

Yes, absolutely, travelers are allowed to make changes to their booking directly at no cost without the need to contact our customer care team first. Through the Mange booking available available on the electronic booking receipt, travelers can make the following changes to their bookings:

1. Change the booking date
2. Add or Remove participants
3. Cancel their booking

All changes are possible as long changes are made before the cancellation window is still current.
