Anton Valley, is a small town located in the Crater surrounded by mountains, it has an abundance of eco-system, unique atmosphere and diversity of species. Together with your tour guide, start this day trip from Panama City to El Valle de Anton, take the Pan-American highway and drive through other towns. Enjoy the mountains breath taking views scenery, then a short hike through the Nispero Zoo and through El Macho waterfall in the rainforest. Right after, stop at the Hot spring natural pool to swim to refresh your soul and rejuvenate your skin and a free mud mask supply. Later explore the town with a view of the sleeping indian mountain, stop by the farmers’market or a souvenir shop.

We went with 2 adults and rambunctious boys of several ages. Hector made such an amazing connection with our kids and did a great job explaining things at all levels. He brought drinks and food for us, accommodated any special needs, was on time and courteous throughout. I plan to send all friends and family to Live Folks moving forward. Hector is a wealth of knowledge about Panama and Panama City is will answer all questions in great detail. We were fortunate to have a tour today of both Panama Viejo and Casco Antiguo where we enjoyed lunch and did some shopping. After our tour, we returned to Casco Antiguo for dinner. This is a Black-owned and -operated company in Panama that specializing in travel arrangements and tours. Book them. You will not be disappointed.

I am a Travel Agent and needed to book a reliable Tour & Shuttle company for a very large group. This group had numerous tours, dinning requests, specific excursions routes. In addition to choosing to stay in the city part of Panamá for a few days then head to the country part of Panamá where the All-Inclusive resorts are. When I tell you Hector and his AMAZING team went above and beyond for this group and perfectly executed every pickup from numerous airport pick-ups (guests coming in from different states), to tours, to the city hotel to the country resort it’s an UNDERSTATEMENT. We had a great time with Hector on our Anton Valley tour. Would highly recommend this tour company and Hector for whatever adventure you choose in Panama. We booked the Anton Valley Uniqueness tour. Anton Valley is a nice break from Panama City as it’s seemingly much cooler and offers a more rustic environment. As a day trip from Panama City - there are a number of sights that you’ll likely see - the Museum, the Butterfly sanctuary, the Nispero Zoo, El Macho waterfalls, the Petroglyphs, lunch and the hot springs. There are tours that offer the ziplining at the El Macho waterfall area, as well as other hiking in the area. For the most part - I think these sites form the basis for most tours of the valley. Are you going to enjoy all the sights? Hard for me to say, but you will enjoy spending time with Hector on your tour - have a good driver, who is on time, and has a great personality. By booking direct with Live Folks you’ll cut out the wholesalers and have at least a user (me) recommended guide to take you where you want to go.

We booked the Anton Valley Zip Lining Adventure. We had 6 adults and 2 kids (9 and 7) and ended up booking a private tour. LiveFolks were prompt at responding to my query about special pickup location instructions. From the moment we got in the van I knew we were going to have a great time. Hector's love for Panama is infectious, and he's a wealth of information. We were completely at ease the entire time, Hector and his team were open and friendly. Hector even patiently listened to my 7 year old as she showed him the sign language alphabet. He listened intently to her and tried out each letter with her and made her light up with excitement. After our zip lining adventure, Hector and team took us up to the waterfall and then down into the natural swimming hole. Next, we headed into Anton Valley where we had a delicious lunch at Carlitos Pizza. We wrapped up our trip shopping at a local market to pick out souvenirs. Hector and his team made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our day together and were there to capture the memories we made along the way, often picking out the perfect locations to capture as much Panamanian beauty as possible. We'll forever remember the amazing day we had with you there to guide our way ensuring we got the most out of our trip and wonderful pictures to remember it by!
