At LIVE FOLKS, we prioritize your safety and the smooth running of our tours. We only cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: hurricanes, civil unrest, street barricades, or other unforeseen situations that make a tour unsafe or impossible.
In such cases, we will first offer you an alternative date, either earlier or later, to ensure you still have the opportunity to enjoy your experience.
If rescheduling is not possible — due to prolonged force majeure, other unforeseen situations, or your personal schedule — we will cancel your booking and issue a 100% refund.
