As an UPBEAT JOURNEYS provider LIVE FOLKS main goal is to provide the highest customer satisfaction and deliver the most memorable experiences through its greatly designed and well-paced excursions. However, we recognized that we are far from being perfect though we may have flaws and mistakes can be made at some point, therefore, we take it upon ourselves to improve our services, minimize the mistakes and be responsible at all times to achieve our customers satisfaction standards and unmatched experiences.

What should you expect to happen?
LIVE FOLKS acknowledges claims once it is received and take 7 days to a maximum of 14 days depending on the scenario to conduct the proper investigation to determine if the Claim withstand or should be rejected, during that period of time, we may contact you to request additional information or proof. After that time frame expired, we have an additional 3 days maximum to provide a final response that, either the claim has been classified as Valid and merit a compensation type or it has been classified as Invalid therefore it is Rejected.
