Travelers may face many difficulties such as flight delayed, rescheduled, and cancelled or a last-minute emergency, that is where we come in, giving travellers all the necessary supports they need 7 days of the week from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Support Channels: Our team is available via email, WhatsApp chats, Phone calls, which makes it easier to contact using one these channels. WhatsApp chats, emails, over the phone support are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. monday to friday, saturday from 9:00 a.m to 3 p.m.
Extended Customer Support: Our extended customer support is only offered after regular office hours until 11 p.m every day of the week even on sunday, and only Via e-mail or WhatsApp chats, no Call.
