At Live Folks, we understand that exceptional customer support is the backbone of any successful business. providing top-notch customer support is essential in keeping our customers happy and satisfied.  Travelers may face many difficulties such as flight delayed, rescheduled, and cancelled or a last-minute emergency, that is where we come in, giving travellers all the necessary supports they need 7 days of the week from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Support Channels: Our team is available via email, WhatsApp chats, Phone callswhich makes it easier to contact using one these channels. WhatsApp chats, emails, over the phone support are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. monday to friday, saturday from 9:00 a.m to 3 p.m.

Extended Customer Support: Our extended customer support is only offered after regular office hours until 11 p.m every day of the week even on sunday, and only Via e-mail or WhatsApp chats, no Call.

Make a Booking: If you have questions about a tour before making your booking or you would prefer to be assisted by our customer care to complete your booking, you may contact us via  WhatsApp chats /Call for live support during regular office hours and WhatsApp Chats only after office hours.
