Travelers may cancel their booking at any time, no questions asked. If the cancellation is received before the applicable cancellation window expires, the booking will be fully refundable.
Cancellations received after the cancellation window has expired are non-refundable. This policy ensures we can uphold commitments made with local partners, guides, and accommodations.
In the case of a verifiable emergency occurring after the cancellation window has expired, we encourage travelers to contact us as soon as possible. While refunds will not apply in these situations, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit of up to 30% of the booking value. This credit can be used toward a future booking and will remain valid for up to one (1) year from the date of issue.
